1. Returns and Refunds
At Flexyko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You request the return within 2 days (please specify the appropriate timeframe) from the date of delivery.
- The product is not included in our list of non-returnable items (see Section 3 below).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Clearance or final sale items.
4. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at returns@flexyko.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
b. Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other materials that were included with the item.
c. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
6. Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged or defective item and would like to exchange it for the same product, please contact our customer support team at returns@flexyko.com to request an exchange authorization. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
